Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid course seats and coaching packages purchased directly from Automateddeployments under a written confirmation. Informational prices on this website are not invoices.
Timeframe
You may request a full refund up to 14 days after payment and before the cohort start date, provided you have not accessed more than the orientation materials. Requests made after the cohort begins are evaluated for partial refunds as described below.
Full and partial refunds
Full refunds are available when eligibility criteria above are met. Partial refunds may be offered if you withdraw within the first two live sessions of a multi-week lab, typically up to 50% of the seat fee after deducting facilitation costs already incurred. After the second live session, seat fees are generally non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
Custom onsite facilitation travel booked at your request, third-party venue fees, and completed one-day briefings are non-refundable once delivered or irrevocably booked with your approval.
Refund process
Email contact@automateddeployments.digital with your full name, company, cohort name, payment reference, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline next steps.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.
Cancellation by Automateddeployments
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled seats.
Exceptions
We may consider compassionate exceptions (serious illness or comparable hardship) on a case-by-case basis with documentation. Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected where they apply.
